Tip’d is Digg for the Financial Community
There is a new site out called Tip’d that is, as they put it, a community for financial news, ideas, and tips. I am already loving the site and plan on using it a lot more. Read their about page and you can find out exactly why they did this.
“Tip’d got started because two businessmen, Andy and Jimmy, enjoyed discussing investing news with each other. They wondered: why wasn’t there a better casual, friendly, online place to share and discuss current financial ideas and news?”
Isn’t it true that all great inventions, discoveries, businesses, etc. start with a great question? I think this is a great question and the website is a great answer to that very question. My question now is, “What’s keeping us from starting similar niche sites that mimic what Digg does so well?”
