Have you ever felt like you were stuck in a rut? Plateaued in your life? Not able to make it further? Or maybe have you ever felt just lost? Not sure what to do with yourself? Felt worthless to society? A number of events in my life have helped me to further consider the idea of progression. In other words, [...] Rest… Ah, rest… something we all need yet don’t always get enough of. Finding time for rest has always been a theme for me. Yet now I find myself thinking about it more than I usually do. I have what I would call a very “people-intensive” job. It’s enough to easily wear out a less extroverted person, and I [...] Oh the roller coaster ride we call life. The ups and downs. The twists and turns. How happy and joyful. How sad and depressing. And everything in between…. I feel like I have entered a very interesting time in my life.
